3 ـ لما كنا نريد أن نفسح بمحلاتنا مكاناً لتلقي بضائع أخرى فنحن على استعداد لقبول مبلغ... عن الكيلو إذا ما اشتريتم الكمية كلها.
As we have to make room on our premises to receive other goods, we are prepared to accept... per kilo; if you take the whole lot.
4 ـ تلقينا الآن عرضاً نهائياً ساري المفعول حتى نهاية الأسبوع بأدنى سعر أي مبلغ ... ونأمل منكم الإسراع في شراء جزء من هذه الرسالة.
We have just received a definitive offer, holding good until the end of the week, at the low price of..., and we rely on your taking some portion of the lot promptly.
5 ـ إذا كنتم ترغبون في شراء كل الرسالة أو بعضها فمن الضروري إفادتنا برقياً دون إبطاء.
If you wish purchase this lot, or part of it, it will be necessary for you to telegraph to us without delay.
6 ـ أفلحنا في إقناع صاحب هذه البضاعة بعدم بيعها إلا عن طريقنا حتى آخر هذا الشهر فإذا كانت تناسبكم نرجو إفادتنا تلغرافيا.
We have persuaded the owner of these goods to leave their sale solely in our hands until the end of the month; if therefore they suit you, kindly send us a wire
7 ـ يسرنا أن نحدد لكم سعر البضاعة طبقاً للفئات المبينة أدناه، فإذا ما وافقتم فنحن على استعداد لتلبية طلباتكم.
We have the pleasure to quote you for the goods as indicated at foot, and should they suit you, we shall be obliged by your favoring us with your orders
8 ـ نؤكد لكم مقدماً أن كل ما تشرفوننا به من طلبات سيكون محل عنايتنا.

Answers to offer of goods
11 ـ نرجو موافاتنا بعينات البضاعة التي تعرضونها علينا.
Please send the samples of goods you are offering us
12 ـ إذا ما وافقتنا البضاعة فسنبعث إليكم بطلبنا.
If the goods suit us, we will let you have an order for them
13 ـ لدينا قدراً كبيراً من هذه البضاعة ونحن على استعداد لطلب المزيد منها إذا كانت شروطكم مناسبة.
We have a large stock of these goods at present, but should nevertheless be prepared to place new orders, if your terms were advantageous
14 ـ يؤسفنا ألا نستطيع في الوقت الحاضر الاستفادة من العرض الذي تقدمونه.
We regret that we are not at present in a position to take advantage of your offer
15 ـ لدينا مجال ضيق لتصريف البضاعة التي تعرضونها ولذا لا يمكننا طلب كمية كبيرة منها.
We have only a small sale for the goods you offer us, and therefore cannot place a large order for them
16 ـ إن أسعاركم مرتفعة جداً ولكننا على استعداد لقبول الرسالة كلها إذا كنتم مستعدين لإرسالها تسليم ميناء الإسكندرية.
The price you quote it too high, nevertheless, if you are prepared to deliver the goods free on board at the port of Alexandria, we will take the whole parcel
17 ـ نحن على استعداد لشراء البضاعة المذكورة إذا أمكننا الحصول عليها بسعر ... للكيلو. الرجا إبلاغنا ردكم برقياً.
If you can let us have these lots at the price of ... per kilo, we are prepared to purchase them. Kindly reply by wire
18 ـ لم نجد مشترياً حتى الآن. أما إذا استمر عرضكم قائماً إلى 20 من الشهر الحالي فمن المحقق أن نتمكن من بيع البضاعة.
We have no buyer yet, but if you will kindly leave the sale in our hands intil the 20 th inst., we shall certainly be able to sell the goods
19 ـ الأسعار التي عرضتموها مرتفعة جداً ولكننا نقبلها إذا حصلنا منكم على خصم قدره 5% على ما يدفع خلال ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ سحب الكمبيالة.
Your offer is at too high a price, but we will accept it, if you allow us a discount of 5 per cent. for payment at 30 days from sight
